# Truth Beam PoliePals trailer dataset, 2023

This immutable archive preserves the complete retained dataset for session
`1682718815`: 777 emissions, 777 camera reports, and the indexed chain log.

The retained tree and the public IPFS directory listing contain the same 1,555
relative filenames. `MANIFEST.jsonl` records the exact R2 object key, size,
source modification time, SHA-256, media type, and cache policy for every file.
`NPY_VALIDATION.json` records successful NumPy header, shape, dtype, sequence,
and chain-log coverage checks. `CID_REPRODUCTION.json` records an independent
only-hash Kubo run. The retained bytes reproduced the historical wrapped root,
the inner session directory, and the recovered frame-511 CID exactly using
CIDv0, dag-pb leaves, and 262,144-byte fixed chunks.

## Frame 511 recovery

The historical CAR is partial. A 262,144-byte block in emission frame 511 was
unavailable during the earlier CAR recovery. The byte-exact original later
resurfaced from retained local custody. This release includes the complete
12,583,040-byte frame with SHA-256 `6b7a6bc9f052d78dd161d20c22a19a6341f1447af6721a96f72425ce4bce9c1a`. The reconstructed frame
remains published as the documented account of the recovery work.

## Licence status

All rights reserved. No open-source licence and no patent licence are granted
by publication. Publication permits inspection and independent verification;
it grants no licence beyond rights arising by law.

## Depicted-person authorization

On 2026-07-29, Xathal confirmed that he is the person visible in the
recordings and authorized their public release.

## Verification state

Publication is complete only when `PUBLICATION_RECEIPT.json` is present and
binds the remote inventory and fetch-back verification to this exact manifest.
