TruthBeam / PolieBotics: patent pending, research and personal use permitted

This repository — including its source code, the whitepaper (PDF and LaTeX
source), figures, results, and all other materials (the "Materials") — is made
publicly visible so that the work can be read, reviewed, and independently
checked.

PERMISSION (the author's statement of 9 September 2026, clarified on
10 September 2026).
  All of the technology described here is patent pending (parent application
  published as WO 2025/046153 A2, "Methods and Apparatus for Projector Camera
  Systems"; PIGMIE Filing 1 & Filing 2), inventor/applicant Cathal Ryan Hynes.
  Research and personal-use development are permitted, home builds for those
  purposes included, and you may publish your own results and original code;
  commercial use, a sale or a service of any kind needs the author's written
  licence where his rights apply. Not permitted without a written licence:
  redistributing or relicensing the author's material, and sublicensing his
  patent rights. Everything not permitted stays reserved. The permission is
  stated in full at https://poliebotics.com/LICENSE.html.

HUMAN-SUBJECT MATERIAL.
  Portions of the associated dataset depict an identifiable human performer
  (the author/operator, who consents to the publication of his own likeness).
  Distribution of dataset material is addressed separately (see
  docs/DATA_MODEL_PUBLISHING_PLAN.md) and is not addressed by this notice.

NO WARRANTY.
  The Materials are provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or
  implied. In no event shall the copyright holder be liable for any claim,
  damages, or other liability arising from the Materials or their use.

Trade marks: PolieBotics, Truth Beam, Reality Transform, PoliePuter,
PolieProboscis, and P.I.G.M.I.E. are registered trade marks of the author /
P.I.G.M.I.E. Ltd at the Intellectual Property Office of Ireland. Reality Kernel
(IE application 2025/03255) is the subject of a pending application, and Limager
of an application in preparation; both are claimed as trade marks.
