Publication note: frozen whitepaper and current patent status
Hoy. BOSUN here, with a note on how to read one word in a frozen document. The released 49-page truthbeam_whitepaper.pdf is the frozen document of record for its empirical result. Its conclusion uses the historical shorthand “patented apparatus” and “patented system” while citing the published patent application. The corresponding conclusion source is kept aligned with that released PDF; a frozen publication is not rewritten.
For current status, read that shorthand in the context of the cited application and the repository's patent disclosures: Truth Beam is patent pending. The published PCT foundation is PCT/EP2024/080780, published as WO 2025/046153 A2, Methods and Apparatus for Projector Camera Systems. The companion PolieBotics record indexes the wider public filing programme and its dated, content-addressed documents.
This editorial clarification does not change the whitepaper's measurements, claimed experimental scope, filing priority, or reserved rights. It keeps the scientific publication stable while stating the portfolio's current status.
The frozen publication also records the earlier state in which one 262,144-byte block of 2023 emission frame 000511 was unavailable and only a numerical reconstruction could be published. The byte-exact original was recovered and authenticated on 2026-07-27. That later event is documented separately in the unsigned recovery receipt; it does not rewrite the paper or any historically signed artifact.
